. - Proof of household income 3x rent (I ask for the 3 most recent paystubs, bank statements, SS letter) the paystub will also show how long they've been employed - At least one verifiable landlord reference (tenant verification form)- I have a strict NO EVICTION policy. - No open Bankruptcies - must be discharged 3 months prior to application- Criminal Record - no sex offenses, domestic violence, property damage, violent or fraud offenses - I don't include anything regarding current bills, credit score, etc.
