CPA set up the chart of accounts specific to this company which functions differently.  

My thought is that while still newer and learning, or small in properties and/or cash flow the best thing would be to excel it in as much detail as possible or to use some accounting software that is cheap or free that can perform the necessary functions.

Private money is a function of relationships - this is different from hard money. 

Most important features/functions are: -ease of setup-easy to maintain and update -lead generation: motivated Seller leads, buyer leads, joint venture partner leads, etc-inbound marketing enabled: blog feature, SEO friendly, social media sharing options-tie in with a CRM like Podio or something else would be great as wellAny direct experience you can provide on investor website platforms that have helped grow your investing business is much appreciated!

It's a great option if you are tight on budget but it's limited in function. 

Not to mention that every brokerage with a property search function on their website gets their feed from - you guessed it - MLS.For any given property, regardless of condition or location, there is one person who will pay the highest price. 

As a few years went by, I was exposed to other court reporting software, and quickly realized that my software was on the lower level of functionality.

I subscribed to it yesterday and it seems to be functional.....would love some feedback from actual users....TIA!
