On one hand, the mini split seems to be considerably more money but would be a better comfort serving both heat/air.

@William Lindsey  Both strategies are acceptable but you would be best served to discuss what your investors are looking for in this deal. 

Wholesalers come up with all sorts of excuses about how they "perform a needed service", which in my opinion is self-serving bull crap.

Hi @Harman N.Depending on the terms of the contract, you can serve them a Notice of Non-renewal on their lease.
