I've come across Lance Edwards recently and wanted to know if any BP members can provide their opinion of his apartment program.

Under the concept of 'Occupier's Liability' the landlords were found liable and shared liability 50/50 with the tenant of a total of $265,000 in damages.

To get there, let’s revisit a concept most of you are probably familiar with, but also probably don’t think about very much.  

Same concept applies for the garage- but I would probably leave the garage as-is since most people use it for storage anyway, so it doesn't need to be fancy.Also, I'm not sure what your plans are for your color scheme, but keep in mind that grey is the new beige and quartz is the new granite!

But hey - more inventory for me and the others who understand this no-brainer concept. 

I'm from a country where we have only one state and one city, so the concept of multiple states and different rules and regulations per state can be very confusing!

It's a very cool marketing concept and looks really cool. 

General conception, class of buyersHas nothing to do with conforming, has to do with financial abilities.

That concept is used when you get seller financing.  

I understand all the ideas behind this concept.
