In the City the tenants will have a right of first refusal (subject to several major exceptions, which you might explore if the statute does apply).

@Anthony CarusoI do not have any market insights or data to back up increasing demand in the Hobomobos or similar prefabricated modular shipping container homes, but I believe there should be a growing niche market and right now there isn't enough awareness.

Those data points would be the size of the property (each unit breakdown, what current rents are, what you are putting down, is there any other income on the property, how much maintenance/repairs need to be done, etc.)
