If you''re talking about hiring college kids to hand out flyers by knocking on doors and networking in person, idk if I'd trust that with my companies name on it without providing serious training on what I want accomplished and how to present themselves etc.

I graduated college only a few years ago and we are going to use that money to become debt free and a nest egg for a rainy day... there isn't a ton in there to begin with to say the least. 

Have you read any creditable books by real real estate educators, like agent's text books or college real estate course materials to know the industry?

I really want to try getting into a duplex since I live in a college town.

I am wondering if anyone has as advice when it comes to renting out to college students.

Dealing with tenants, office work, bank, post office, walking properties, negotiating....I was a CD student until college.

Current tenants are primarily college students, I met a few of them and they seem ok.I would pay for heat and water.
