And when signing a lease, I stress that...but in case of emergency (water leak/fire) we may have to enter...but won't do so without calling the tenant at cell and work and leaving a message explaining situation and need to enter.I don't know that pipes freezing is that immediate that it requires the owner to break in. 

I use a Galaxy S5 mini cell phone that supports 2 sim cards (2 phone numbers).  

The problem is my cell phone comes up as my (day job) company's name on land line caller IDs. 

It looks about the same as a cell phone charger.

A little more b.g. on me -- I am a technology consultant, investor, and small business owner.

My only complaint is that I can't find a way to change the ringtone so I can tell if someone is calling the Google number or my cell phone.

And many of these firms are hiring talent of all ages certainly, but in the area of robotics, sciences and other technology fields, a lot of  young urban professionals are coming from CMU and need places to live close to these businesses. 

If job growth outpace shrinkage the technology will survive.

Hi all,I am an investor from Israel trying to get into the US market.In Israel everything is done using cell phone.

A local economy might collapse because its major industry had been disrupted by a new technology (but hopefully one wouldn't invest in one-trick economies).
