Hey @Rene Bee, Not sure the condition of the ones that are currently there, but if you search on YouTube and social media platforms there are a ton of videos that show what some paint and new hardware can do to outdated kitchen cabinets.

It's become so easy to self-manage with platforms like Airbnb I don't understand why people still use them and get mediocre returns as a result.I answer to plenty of posts about Playa Del Carmen in this forum that my aim in responding to yours was more to comment about Asia.As a general rule,  I'd never invest in real estate in Asia for two main reasons:1.

I would also consider simply using Airbnb/VRBO as an advertising platform but setting your minimum stay to 30/60/90 days.

@Mark Millich A lot of investors have success with direct mailing from lists they've created via listsource or other platforms.

I have used over 50 different platforms as well as large corporations to find tenants.
