If you are mostly looking for stabilized deals and are not interested in value-add plays, then brokers will probably be your best bet.

Hoping you could review my situation and provide your thoughts.I was recently able to add two HELOCs on a couple of paid off rental properties, in addition to the HELOC on my primary. 

So hopefully our tenant pool will be slightly better than other parts of Longview that get a bad reputation. you stay right on top of it and I bet you do fine..
