I am currently looking to grow my business in the real estate development arena, focusing on Duplex, Fourplex and Small Multifamily ideally in my backyard in NW Houston,  but open to pursuing opportunities in San Antonio & Austin as well.

Assuming an ADU, but would love to hear :)Adding multiple ADUs in the backyard and want to get access to the main street from the backyard to allow access from there, so new tenants do not have to use the front entrance/yard and front street parking and more importantly so they can park there as there are plenty of available street parking on that main street.

Every room on the second floor could be painted and the backyard need some trash removal.
