Now it works for some people, I think in one of BP podcast Andressa ( a Brazilian girl) said that's how she started and now she is killing it. ( I think she paid 50k. for a mentor) In my opinion, I will 100% Recommend continue hearing the BP Podcast, go to the local BP meetings and expose yourself more likely you will definitely find a friend or guide that will work as mentorship. ( I remember the first time I went to a BP Local meeting) I met these two guys, they also met that same day and after that, the second time I saw them, it was a year later. ( Guess what?

In July I bought a SFR for another client - it was $53K, but very good area and possible to flip or to rent - both will make good numbers.Rent will be $1400/mo, flip will yield at least $50K ($145-160K ARV) depends on the finishes. It won't be 20% ROI on rent but it's B neighborhood and very desirable area for baby boomers to live on retirement.

Hey guys, I wanted to share another great story on a property we closed earlier this year.As I’ve shared in previous posts, I have been partnering with other people to acquire more rental properties in Canada.I believe this is a win-win for both parties, as my partner has a full-time career and doesn’t have the time nor expertise in real estate to invest fully on their own and for me it allows me to continue to expand my real estate portfolio with less of my own funds. The exciting part about this latest deal is we paid $0 to acquire it…yeah baby!!
