Don't call yourself an "investor",  Ray you are the trustee of your family trust ----- and that is true - you invest for your family and yourself.You got to GIVE TO GET as Charlie (Tremendous) Jones use to say .... and it works - just like the universal law of reciprocity - good deeds - will come back to you.

Because of the large university population in this area, this is a great market to get as well.Thanks...Maurits

If it's an expensive university, then parents are usually well off and help.  

Currently I work several part time jobs, am a volunteer engineering researcher at Rutgers University, and am a few weeks away from obtaining a real estate license.
