What this does is allow you to pay off your car payment  and take it from a $750 car payment to a $170 car payment (heloc payment) increasing your income by almost $600 and potential borrowing power for new mortgage to over $100K.

Two footnotes as to the UCC: One, the UCC has a long history in its standing and a few states have not adopted the (entire) code, they don't ignore matters but have adopted similar state statute or regulatory powers addressing such subject matters and restrictions will be very similar.

I took the following steps:1. deleted BP app2. completely shut down iphone by holding down power button3. turned on iphone4. reinstalled BP app5. typed password on Notes6. attempted to login by using copied password into BP appThe BP app doesn't provide any error message.

I'm sure there are members on BP that were at the other end of the spectrum where their net worth decreased because of lost value in a home or actual loss of a home completely.This represents a tremendous amount of buying power loss of the individual.

If you have a willing and able buyer at $20k above what your offer would be, more power to you, but I doubt it as an expereinced investor would not pay that much and I wouldn't want to rip off someone who "has no clue"

If I were a lending institution (which I am not) I would feel better if you had a puff and power rehab (paint, carpet, fixtures) you were going to do as your first rehab.
