I'm noticing a lot of people in this game are operating on low capital because everyone has been winning the past 6+ years. 

While it may seem that buying from auction is an easy win, unless you're a professional and can tolerate the risk associated with buying at auction, it's a bad idea.

Have you rehabbed a property after winning a auction?

You do win if you can take a point or two for the consultant. 

I've read plenty of posts on here alone with folks challenging appraisers and "winning", not just some "landing on the moon" type of scenario like you're making it out to be.
