It was located in a very rural farm town, at least 30-40 minutes to a home improvement store.

Not walk-in friendly, near the main Hwy. with all the stores and busline etc.

A single loan can be used for the build, or another option would be to create a warehouse line you can use up to your exposure limit as needed.
