a few hundred bucks with an attorney at this stage who is proficient in RE.. or meeting with a VETERAN real estate broker who has 20 plus years in the industry.. something like that and pay for their time it will be cheap in the long run.. you may not even be describing what they want to do properly.so the feed back your getting of course is negative..

So much so that, IMO, a veteran is foolish to shop rate on the purchase... unless the 2012-201?
