I like mobile homes and people seems to like it too, or maybe cause one of my mobile home is by the lake, and the other one is in a Nice neighborhood and a very good school district.

The only type of partnerships that make sense are between people that bring different skillsets to the table, but even then: have a written agreement and a clearly defined (!)

I see a lot of people doing what I’m trying to do buying properties that need a little work in class B and C areas and successfully rent them out for cash flow.

I hear many people speak of Detroit suburbs or the outskirts but not much about the inner city close to downtown.

After that, it will be following up with them.In sales, people work with folks they like and/or trust.

For STR, a lot of people use AirDNA or STR Insights.

People not doing them is annoying.
