These reasons typically are that they have limited access by vehicle, or limited/no electric or sewage.

To cover health care, vehicle, primary home costs, groceries, daily expenses.....etcThese numbers assume all houses are paid in full with no debt services.Are my numbers to conservative?  

Then I jumped in my vehicle and drove home...hoping it wouldn't ring again, since it was 8:45 PM now and I was sleepy.Upon getting to my home office, I logged into my cloud based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program and documented everything that transpired, including what was said in the initial call.  

I had it in my lease agreement "That  a tenant shall not park their vehicle(s) on the lawn or any other place on the property not designated as a parking area, or their vehicle will be towed at their expense"  and then saw they had a vehicle parked on the lawn or other area when I did a drive by, I'd take out my bright pink "Parking Violation" Sticker, stick it on the window of the car (under the windshield wiper) letting them know that they had 24 hours to remove the vehicle or the car will be towed.  

For iinstance, my personl vehicle, gas, repairs/maintenance, food, travel and entertainment all become write offs for me through the company.

Also, there are occasionally vehicles parked there that are not tenants or guest of tenants. 

@Joe Splitrock Section 179 depreciation/deductions are for equipment/vehicles/machinery, not real estate.

honestly, it’s not that I don’t have them but with all of my expenses , it brought down my gross income tremendously and I’m afraid that will hurt my chances being that I recentley tried refinancing a vehicle was denied because of that.

All cleaners, inspectors, and maintenance folks meet at the warehouse fill their vehicles, and head out for the day before returning with laundry, etc!
