If that is true and everything goes perfectly, then it would be better to do that and use your money to buy something else.Some people try to avoid situations where they may have to evict a family member or rely on them to heavily, but if it all goes perfectly, she is essentially buying a place for you.The benefit to doing all the money yourself and not leasing to your MIL would be that you won't have the risk of dealing with having to rely on her or having to evict her from the home.

The only way you are 100% certain you are accepting property in its current condition is to view the property yourself. don't rely on seller disclosures that aren't worth the paper they're written on.

This is our main reason for focusing on the UK market.So yes, there is some travel involved, but not immense, as we will have a trusted team to rely on.However, we are naturally also looking at the Danish market, but in doing so, we are pretty much on our own, as they do not know the Danish market.
