They are looking to do a 1031 some day but thinking it might not happen so quickly so they might just want to rent it back out again.

I was wondering what special loan programs are offered to first time home buyers?

I am having a hard time finding insurance underwriting for the three-family that I am purchasing:https://www.redfin.com/PA/Pittsburgh/7209-Penn-Ave-15208/hom...The only policy I could get a binder on was from Tapco in North Carolina with a $10K deductible for $5500.  

What are my options in terms of bringing in a new partner?

Right now our rental loans are in the mid 6% range without a buydown.

According to them, they are the only company that knows how to properly do business taxes. :)
