Only difference being....well, I guess I don't know your detailed living preferences to assume where you would or wouldn't want to live, but in general wanting somewhere you'd be happy living could certainly sway things.

Account Closed Hi, I am guessing you are asking me :-)  I am going to continue to grow the real estate investing group I formed in 2015, which grew to 500+ members, and continues to grow.  

This sounds like a lot of pain, but I guess you could try it with one unit to see...For the others I would rent these on a much longer term basis, such as a 6 month or 12 month minimum pursuant to standard screening checks.  

I guess the finishes are almost top of the line or something. for row houses, finishes tend to be on lower to mid end or it will defeat the purpose of the row house, i mean, if you put sealed hardwood on a row house, it wouldn't make sense spending too much when arv caps it as a row house. just my thoughts.

I am looking for that tweener I guess someone that has the discipline to save a little cash so they can do the repairs and is computer literate ( I am not) so they can post pictures  and do updates and write about it.
