The number's don't lie. 

Great deals are lying around everywhere just waiting to be found. 

Its not so much that she has chickens, its that she lied.

If your analysis is showing that you need to be sub 100k to make the deal work then the numbers don't lie.  

I talked to her boss and her doctor, it was all lies.

but it really just confuses the issue for most and especially all of us that have been in the HML trench's  it took a few years for all this to flush out as the company would say the 3k is not mandatory.. then others who call their closers say it is.. so who knows where the truth lies. but i think if we can believe a few posters they actually got funding.. 

It is really just up to you as to what path you'd lie to pursue. 

@Stephanie L Tristan the answer to your question lies in the strategy called value add.

Being a professional in the field, I'm an avid enthusiast of sustainability, clean energy, clean technology - and by extension: cost savings.

That being said, I love Colorado Springs because of what I believe is a strong job market, ie military bases and technology companies, and it is a great city to hold onto an investment.
