Not surprising I suppose - these developments brought in a lot of first time, no $ down buyers and now AH is buying them foreclosure.From what I can tell, they have only executed one DoT in Guilford:3/6/15 - $552,830,000 - 144 houses - average borrowed of $3.8MM / house!!

As usual, it all depends on purchase price and the markets are continually changing, but Kissimmee is consistently solid (no surprise), Gatlinberg and Palm Springs also seem to be pretty strong markets.

Thank you Devan and Michael.Your feedback and insights are greatly appreciated.Others I'm sure are used to it, but it still surprises me how selling brokers act so amazed/offended with even a hint that their listing could possibly be overpriced!
