And if you aim high to be safe, you won't get the job or you overcharge the customer.We are talking about a GC, which means a whole house project, not just an estimate for a carpet install (that should be free!).

Put something together on your team, your plan during the hold period, and even roughly what returns could look like or what your aiming to achieve.

I'm aiming for a blend of cash flow investing, and looking for wedge deals.
