In my experience, it is good to feed the appraiser any good info to make sure your value is achieved.

We’re going to put plans into place to achieve goals that are actionable and not conceptual. there are other ideas that we can all figure out such as going through different parts of books, watching talks  and live streaming out of state investors. 

I used to give a lot of time trying to help people years ago and the satisfaction was seeing them break free from the rat race and achieving something special.

A cursory search for his achievements show him to be a real estate educator, realtor, marketeer etc.

This can give you a sense of whether they have the knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your investment goals.
