One economic study expects that 66 percent of the population, or 2.5 billion people, will reside in urban areas by 2050.As young people finish school, they are increasingly delaying marriage, kids and mortgages, which had been seen as a rite of passage into adulthood for previous generations.

I spend a bunch of my time each day learning all I can about real estate investing for about a year.The main reason for telling you about that and some other things about me is to prove to you that I know what I am talking about as do the other responders.  

I opted for a government consultant gig here in El Paso that provides great time off to pursue my real estate studies.  

It would also help me get through nursing school if i was able to house hack, because I wouldn't have to work full time and therefore have more time for my studies.

They study their subjects, not the landlord/tenant laws.
