In less than 24hrs there is articles coming out from Real Estate know-nothings reporting on it declaring there "knowing" on how this will so radically change things, with a narrative as if buyer agency just magically became free, lol. 

Sure, you may come across a few that put in too many maintenance requests from time to time, haha, but most of that can be handled with a phone call and doesn't always require a tech (or you if you are self managing) to be dispatched.Software: I cannot stress this enough, make sure whatever software you choose is user friendly, for you and your tenants!

Totally agree with Daniel.Richard, Only problem I see is building a new home and getting married are both very stressful items to deal with. 

Whereas if it’s your primary for 7.5 years and then rental for 2.5 it’s tax free.
