Mike - since this is a one-off opportunity, I recommend you employ the services of a skip-tracer.

I have also heard of DataZapp (.03c per skip) but am worried about the accuracy.

@James Syed have you ever put thought into farming phone numbers using skip tracing tools and launching a cold call campaign along with your direct mail?

Using DealMachine to drive for dollars and skip trace owners of run down properties and follow up with them can be a good idea.
