There is a great technique that I have personally had success with for getting around mental blocks that keep you from success, it involves sitting down in a quiet area with a pen and paper, and saying aloud or too yourself whatever it is that you want to be, in this case you might say to yourself, "IM a real estate investor, or real estate millionaire", then comes the interesting part.

This market is fairly simple to make money you buy a property and it pretty much goes up and it is easy to add value and sell.If your in a market where things are not moving quickly it makes a lot more motivated sellers and there for easier to find deals...sit on them and eventully if you buy right you make some Cash.Good investors can find deals in any market from the way i see it.

When all is said and done (old house sells), I will be able to pull roughly another 80k-90k in cash out to go along with about 50k sitting in a money market now.Thanks again for all the help and support.

But I told her, look, thats just how the numbers work out. it's 3.5acres of property with a 1998 DW mobile home sitting on it (depreciation).
