It's a good starting point and I know there's so much more to learn but just wanted to take a moment to shout our first win from the rooftops!

So I have some money saved up, but not working so cant get a Loan at the moment.

@Rob Wilcox If a conventional loan is not viable for you at this moment (as is the case for many folks whose employment has been affected by Covid-19) then you may want to look into a commercial/non qm option that has no problem with LLC vesting with or without 2 years of history.

I'm curious what others here in similar situations are doing at the moment.

At the moment, there are only 9 multifamily properties listed for sale in that price range in the greater San Antonio area, and none that I would recommend for one of my clients.

I am really hoping someone can shine some light on what can and cannot be done in the matter and appreciate all answers.  

I wanted take a moment and introduce myself.

So my slight shift I'd say is away from acquisitions at the moment, and over to preparation. 

Usually, I say, "I am pretty confident in making an offer on this property at this moment, BUT I would like to see this information.
