If my furnace broke in June I would not by law have to provide heat until the heating season starts so someone might interpret that to mean that I don't need to fix the furnace before October.

I don't feel the need to have a million buyers at the ready and since I don't know my numbers as well as the seasoned rehabbers I go to them for a soft number.

Its that same fuel that drives me.You can only network so much, seasoned investors are going to be less likely to work with somebody who has zero experience.

Depending on the area, you can expect a short season for lake homes.

If you really know your numbers, how many days for each season.

I think we've got some pretty educational content out on the web with this conversation.I wounder if the general Anti PM, Anti Landlord, Anti this or that rhetoric that we see is why we don't have more seasoned Professionals posting on the forums more often.........Thoughts on this Jay?

Our mid term rentals we get $2000-2400 monthly during what is considered "off season" in Old Orchard Beach.

(mattresses can be has expensive as couches and people will judge a mattress before a couch)Outdoor Living Space:  what is expected for the area to compete with other STRsCondition of Appliances:  Does anything need to be replaced to get me through 1 season (changing appliances mid season, big pain in the butt!)

So before I go and try to wholesale my own deals and before it’s too late in the season to find renters to move in this year after works done I figured I’d see how people go about finding wholesalers.
