How many beginners do you think can find someone without advertsing and say hey I am selling a contract.. they will never get a call.So what do they do.. they create a website post pics of the homes they have tied up.. they blast e mail they basically do everything an agent would do.. so again why have a RE industry at all if license were never required to sell RE... its really ridiculous and states are starting to finally crack down on it.

Electronic format is best - scan or photograph papers before they fade out.

I take detailed pics prior to occupancy and again at move out so there is little room for argument if the tenant tries to dispute the charges.
