You have absolutely zero control on your property and you have to hope that the managers will make these figures, who I'd take with a pinch of salt given that they come from those who market the project.It's definitely not for me but I'm sure there are investors who think this is something for them, whether they understand what they're doing or not and the risks they'd be taking.

., I would have served the tenant with a Cure or Quit notice - they painted the condo, which they weren't allowed to do and never asked, installed a kitchen backsplash that had to be pulled off the sheetrock, they stained the kitchen cabinets, they spray painted something on the patio and left a red paint outline, etc.
