An investor is someone who has the funds, capacity and other resources and can acquire a property and keep for a year or more, with the intent of receiving certain benefits in due course. 

My understanding is that the contract for deed has the same due on sale clause risks as a subject-to, and gives me less legal protections.

Hello BP -  I have my Purchase Sale Agreement ready for my wholesales, but do I need to provide an an Assignment Agreement as well at my title agency for the end buyer, or he will provide with one? 

I am a wholesaler in Orlando FL and have 43 properties right now available for sale all over central Florida. 

He wants to sale his commercial land that has (3) buildings on it.

I am using a new lawyer for a Short Sale we are under contract for at the moment. 

Any advice of where to find a great attorney to help get my purchase and sale agreements reviewed so I can start making some offers OR Even better, anyone might know of an attorney in the area, they can send me their info.

My goal is to acquire 5 units within the next 24 months and creating an average monthly cash flow of min. $1,000.00.
