As what I have read, and don't hold me to it, your regular gross income * 40% - recurring payment (car, utility, rent, average of sum of all credit cards over the last few months) = your mortgage.

You can call yourself anything you want, but your local board of Realtors will have specific rules on advertising, business cards, sings and such.

I read all the Rich Dad Poor Dad books, got my license to be a realtor in 2003, was the million dollar rookie for Coldwell Banker Burnet in 2003/2004 selling and helping my clients to build new homes, then got into mortgages worked with Wellsfargo and UsBank for a moment, then stumbled into adult day care...and now here I am...helping elders/seniors make that hard transition from their home, where they lived all their lives, to a senior housing community, and many times their children live NOT in the same cities, so its hard to get that help, and that's where I come in to assist.I have just a few real estate buying, selling, holding, flipping experience, but they all gave me really great experiences and really bad experiences and I have learned alot from all my experiences.

Judgement was entirely a scam, it was a 10 year old credit card debt I paid through a consolidation firm that never paid it, I thought it was paid, got sued and judge was angry with me for using a cell phone for phone court but no one ever told me to use a landline only, he was angry and just gave $26,000 to plaintiff.
