What I ended up doing was setting up a simple website that I could show them on and I got a email capture system so that I could market to the people that responded to the ads but I couldn't help. 

I must say,  I'm new to BP.com and these Local Forums, I Really do Appreciate the Members and how quickly they Respond !

I responded essentially saying I'm not going to play favorites choosing you over the other tenant for this work...  

Click on the name of the person that you want notified via an email, that you responded to them.

The buyer after the first month stopped paying the monthly fee and won’t respond to my calls.

Having one more thing to monitor and develop rules of use for...In the end I can't justify all of this just to keep a tenant happy.Any thoughts on how to respond to my tenant in a way where I don't have to say "NO", but rather help them reason their way into thinking it is a bad idea as well?
