Hi All,One big HVAC company says I need surge protectors from electric shock on hvac systems.

They could be on facebook, mortgage companies host them, real estate teams host them, and so on.

If I had known up front how our exchanges would be billed I might have drafted the PA myself and done some of the title groundwork myself (he was just a middle man on that - he and title company found same info I found and had access to). 

By taking a proactive and strategic approach to property management, landlords can achieve long-term success and build a strong reputation in the rental market.

Not sure any of that matters, as I'm guessing the title would come back with a lien from the solar company. 

I just finished reading a comment on another forum about this guy and how his company sends 3,000 text messages every day to property owners.

Past this number you have to develop a company.  

My tenants called the PSEG electric gas company to fix the furnace.

He also has a property management company that manages the properties. 

Hi there, not sure if this is the right forum, but I'm interested in starting a real state service business on the side (I have a full time job and rental properties), and recently came across a carpet/ flooring cleaning company in Austin TX that is in the market for sale, the owner started this business a few months ago and ran that for 3-4 months, the demand was solid for the start (revenue around $20k/month with one truck/van), he wanted to expand but got into family emergency issues and now he's selling the business, there are no financial statements as he says he's basically selling the assets (van, machines etc.).
