Why would BiggerPockets block the ability of us to protect ourselves from hackers?

Don't spend the money on an entity until you have something to protect.

In Ontario its always recommended that tenants have rental insurance to protect their belongingsI don't see how you can be at fault unless the tenant previously notified you that something was wrong with the door or window that may have allowed easier access by the burglar 

But if instead you have 4 LLCs and one property on each and 2 in the other, they will be protected separately.

At this point I will post this on Ripoff Report and anywhere else I can find to help protect others from this predator. 

Send the notice by regular first class mail, certified mail and have someone local post it on the door in a conspicuous place (put it up with good heavy tape & protected from rain or covered with plastic) and take a picture of it for your records. 

A Reg D 506(c) can ONLY accept accredited investors but can indeed solicit publicly.

Plus, they will be intimately familiar with the RTA (Residential Tenancies Act) in Ontario and protect you and your property as best they can under the act.

If you have no gain to protect, then I'd get a Heloc and rent it out.

What recommendations do people have for the best way to make this work while protecting ourselves.
