Its simply if others rent to professionals of a certain industry.They aren't, and your argument is so far out there the risk you propose falls into a file with the most frivolous of lawsuits, which one can never protect themselves against.

While on the field construction activity will still be visible for many people for ongoing current projects and even few months down the line, on the other hand for new future possible projects a few weeks later after we received word that geotechnical proposals requests are down/low for future MFH developments, etc.
