Hi guys, sorry if I am posting in a wrong forum (There used to be local forums, somehow I cant find those anymore)...Does anybody know, if I wanted to transfer a house into an LLC in Indiana, is there a transfer tax?

Once you pay that mortgage each month, the accrued interest goes to zero for that month in essence.I just did a cash out refinance on a rental house using a DSCR product, literally closed yesterday, so 15 days of interest was due on top of the principal.

However, my first thought reading your post was that a purchase price of $59,500 is extremely low for a DSCR loan - most DSCR lenders require a minimum loan amount of $75-$100k.

The section you posted only applies to the "primarily for business" situation, which is not what OP described.
