Only downside to Fed Hill and LP is that it's hard to find parking (there's not a lot of private parking, it's mostly public street parking)!

Also, if there are no "sanitary sewer" man hole covers along the street, no one has sewer system.

There's a really nice house across the street which you can see if you look at street view on google maps.On Zillow it says the property has been listed for 85 days, which seems like kind of awhile.

I used to live right across the street from one of his Wineries in the Napa Valley.. and would schedule the last tasting of the day..
