I take each role/responsibility of each partner, apply a percentage to them, then add up the percentages. 

I would definitely agree with this - $1,000 is too small to loan out, etc. you would be much better off with this advice to start networking and working in a role in the industry (agent, investor assistant, actual lender etc)

Do you know for a fact that the agents you want to sue violated their fiduciary role?

Pivot to fix and flip?

In this current climate I’m looking at a process of brrrr-ing into bridge not permanent finance, to get my HML lender off the books and available for more deals, and allow myself to pivot quickly into lower rate loans that I believe to be coming back sometime 2023.
