I closed two philly deals this week.. all of my closings all around the country are mail away.. so its just business as usual.. those that need or want to go to physical closings which i personally have not done in years..

Alternatively, your renter can simply initiate a new payment via Apartments.com.If you believe your renter is breaching the terms of their lease agreement or that the dispute or fraud report is otherwise improper, you should pursue legal recourse outside of Apartments.com (in the same manner as if a renter had placed a stop-payment order on a physical rent check delivered to you).

You would think that they would have a physical location and that many would be hired and trained as customer service agents to expedite things, but no.

You don't have to physically be at the property (all three of my rentals are either 200 or 2000 miles from my home) but guests require attention.  

I know many people who own businesses and restaurants who end up using an additional layer of LLC: LLC1 is for the operations of the company, LLC2 is for the actual physical assets and LLC3 is for the [IP] and brand.

Same with folks who only use AirBNB and not VRBO.I have found that most traveling professionals can pay a premium, but you are not going to get your nightly rate as a STR.For example, we had a pair of physical therapists ask about a winter rental for them.

Neither of you could do any physical work on these properties, stay in the properties or use personal funds on the properties.
