- If I want to make any improvements / renovations to the property and have to get permits, could those trigger inspections then a tear down? 

I’m 23 years old, no college degree, and I recently started a job as a project manager for one of the largest home building companies in Michigan.

I at first had a plan once I got out of the military to use my GI Bill and go to a technical college for an industrial/commercial pilot (mainly because I’ve always wanted to fly and I would receive housing allowance for my first 2 years of using the GI Bill at around $1800 a month).
