Crowdfunding makes real estate easily accessible, however, in regard to institutional/syndicated real estate investments, the advice of an expert who works in the industry every day, knows all the players and their track records, and performs due diligence on each offering is a great benefit to you and comes to you at no cost.

Surprised that you didn't get it before as it is only way to get accurate price.3-You do not need a service to do the appeal for you once you have the elevation cert. 

When possible, we try to get the pics before we make the offer so that we can try to be as accurate as possible on our offer, and if we have buyers we trust, we can start to pre-sale it to them once we have the pictures, to make sure we are offering a number we can sell it at. 

I just want to make sure I'm capturing what I need to capture to give me the most accurate picture.

While the properties have performed great, I'm now training an employee and am finally having to answer the questions of why I adjust some and not others and how much to adjust.
