That same issue may arise with any option.The term of an option needs to be set more to the buyer's needs, time to qualify than anything else, the shorter the term the more difficult it will be for most who get into an L/O because they can't qualify for a straight purchase.Again, those 8 factors are not meant to be considered as to a creditor's opinion as that can certainly be skewed by the obvious motivation.

These have typically been on rehabs and the money is only out a short time, but the same idea can work for getting money for a rental as well.You obviously want to be careful and only use that kind of money if you are confident it will be a very good investment.

Communication has been a struggle, and some disputes, such as it was clear from the track marks his boat trailer damaged some sprinkler valves and he blamed it on my lawn mowing contractor, and it wasn't even the money, a broken window he claimed it just broke and when I went to have it fixed ran into his daughter who obviously wasn't clued in and said to me she was sorry to have damaged it...things like that.After thinking it over I am leaning to making a clean break, no storing at my place.
