When I was in your spot, I just sent out some yellow letters to these prospects and started fielding calls.

I've asked this question numerous times here on the forums and I've asked brokers.

I became interested in RE when I started my painting company and started to paint numerous flips for a single client.

There charge a fee when they rent them so the monthly percentage just goes to these few hours if fielding calls.My main problem is having time to market and show them.  

I worked in the residential and commercial property management field for 12 years, even held a real estate licence. 

Any suggestions on how to lessen that aspect of learning this field?

Last year we took a break from real estate investment to learn more about the real estate field.

He is in IT field and would find a job in couple of months.what would you do in this scenario?
