Being over-leveraged can cause a lot of problems with your WHOLE portfolio and not having the correct knowledge and skill to navigate highly-leveraged positions can be very bad.

We hope you like the new look; we made sure to include many familiar elements including the site's navigation bar, cleaned up our fonts, and focused on some of the important features that were lacking.

It comes down to a $20 Billion platform   - Airbnb Adding some basic programming,  vs mom and pop trying to navigate pushing buttons and the local law of the day.Airbnb will never do it because they make money wether it’s legal or not.Ironically Uber has a similar matter when certain counties or municipalities ban Uber from picking people up without local permits . ( Weschster county NY is one example ) If the app alerts the driver of a local pickup and the driver winds up getting fined .

When I go to sub forums, I can’t see entire heading and cannot navigate as easily as before.

I am looking to hear from others that have actually done this if possible to help navigate those issues and gain a little more insight into the process.   

Some pointers for you: The "Learn" link across the top navigation bar has lots of great info, and so do BP members!

Could be harder to navigate for those who were accustomed to browsing a specific forum (if I'm looking for deals, I don't care about mentors or events for example, but they will all show up together), and it seems a bit less organized than most of what preceded this.

These are the same class properties that I run up here in Tacoma and I am relocating to Memphis for this so I am confident I can navigate it.

My recommendation would be to get your own Commercial Realtor involved to help protect yourself (not the seller) and navigate through the purchase of a commercial contract.

So you need to find an investor-friendly agent who is familiar with using hard money and can help you navigate REO listings as your buyers agent.
