@Kimberly MillerHi Kim,I don't think there is any less competition (prices are just lower but they usually need a fairly major amount of work)  for a fixer upper as I have lost out on 2 properties in multiple offer situations in the past month so evidently there's a lot of competition at the high and at the low prices-LOL

We have multiple units in the area so we have gotten to know our inspector and he appreciates the fact how nice our units are.5.

However, there are times when we can get accepted offers on multiple consecutive properties.  

I know that if there are multiple tenant's  then they are jointly and severely responsible.  

I have heard and believe that the ability to evaluate a sellers situation and have multiple solutions to offer will lead to more success in my business.

I am finding most mortgage companies don't want to offer multiple loans to the same individual, and are reluctant to deal with REI.

Their neighbors have multiple broken down cards, appliances, and trash bags all of the yard.

Should it be multiple LLCs with one parent company?

i've noticed alot of the forms out there are multiple pages just to submit a draft offer with the basics (amount, deposit, down, fund source, close date, etc)any link to a one-pager?

Would you buy 1 house for a condo and get a positive cash flow or would you buy multiple duplexes or use it fix and flip houses and use bank financing?
