Can I go back to the builder and ask them to pay for the radon mitigation system?

Right now I'm in "The 16 Word Sales Letter" and "Simple Numbers Straight Talk".For note investing we've been retooling and using this time to make some necessary changes to the system.

It obviously would result in a bad outcome for them and not sure how they would benefit from it/ Maybe a "professional tenant" would try to game the system in this manner but hopefully our screening processes would preclude us from leasing to someone like that.

If you have a good foundation of knowledge, (1) make sure you have the systems and team in place, and (2) start doing it and keep doing it. 

When it does, will you look back and say to yourself, I took advantage of the situation and learned how to turn my negative perspective (feelings of uncertainty, failure, lack of systems or strategy, etc.) into opportunities for success.
